Reply, remind and catch up in chats

In a client's chat, draft a reply or a friendly reminder about what's still missing. On any long chat, Catch me up sums up what you missed. Drafts land in the box: nothing goes until you tap send.

  1. Catch me upOn chats with 6 or more messages.
  2. Draft a replyAnswers their last messages, with your real prices.
  3. Remind themOnly when something's missing: the contract, a payment, the plan.
  4. In the boxMarked Draft. Make it yours, then send.

How to

  1. Open a client's chat in Messages. Above the box: Draft a reply, and Remind them when something is still missing.
  2. Remind them lists what's waiting, like "Contract viewed, not signed" or the deposit due. Pick one for a friendly reminder with a button to that part of their app.
  3. The draft lands in the chat box marked Draft. Change it, then tap send yourself.
  4. Catch me up (top of any chat with 6 or more messages) sums up what's new since you last read it: what was decided, what's still to answer, and who promised what.

Catch me up only sums up the messages you can see. Scroll up for the exact words. Players can use it in band chats too.
