How to

  1. Business details: name, email, phone, tax number, mailing address and e-Transfer email. Shown on invoices.
  2. Invoice number prefix: from your initials, like MS-2026-001. Payment terms: default notes on new invoices.
  3. Reviews: your Google review link, and how many hours after a gig the thank-you goes out.
  4. Sub rankings: who to ask first when a spot opens, per instrument.
  5. Drop-outs: the notice window (14 days to start). Inside it, a drop-out waits for your OK. Add a late drop-out policy if you like.
  6. Stage calls: how many minutes before the end of a break everyone gets a call, then On now.
  7. Song requests: one QR code for every show, for a banner, poster or table cards.
