The gig page

One calm page per gig. At the top: the next thing to do, with one button. Then when and where, and the parts of the gig to open, each with one line saying where it stands.

  2. Next says what needs you: a player who hasn't answered, a contract not signed, the deposit, or players to pay after the gig. Its button does it.
  3. On the day it shows what's next on the run of show and Open gig day.
  4. Tap a section to open it: Lineup, Setlist, Schedule, Money, Client, Contract, Files and tasks, Travel, Stage plot and Details. Touring acts also get Tour. The order follows the gig: after it, Money comes first. Back returns to the gig.
  5. ... holds Edit gig, Gig details, Open gig day (close to the date), Client portal and contract, Directions, Copy address, Add to my calendar, Share gig details and Delete gig.
  6. Players see their call time, what to wear, their pay, and the setlist, schedule and files. When the set has practice tracks, Practice this set sits next to See the setlist.

Tip

For a DJ or DJ company the names follow your act: Crew or DJ and crew instead of Lineup, and Music instead of Setlist.
