Add an enquiry from anywhere

A DM, a text or an email: paste their message and the app fills in the name, email, phone, date and event type. You say where it came from.

Swipe sideways to see the whole screen. Tap a number for its tip.

  1. Paste their messageEmail, phone, date, name, venue and guests are filled in.
  2. Where it came fromWebsite, Instagram, Facebook, email, phone, referral, a wedding show or other.

How to

  1. In Enquiries, click Add enquiry (in ... when new ones are waiting).
  2. Click Fill from an email (or Paste their message with AI help off), paste it and click Fill in. The fields it filled are marked for you to check.
  3. Pick where it came from. Other keeps your own words, like "Radio ad".
  4. Save. It lands in New, ready for a booking link.
