Create a gig

Name and date are all you need. Add the venue, times, crew and fee now or later.

  1. Name and dateThe only two things you need.
  2. Type of gigWedding, corporate, birthday, pub gig.
  3. BookingChecking availability, or Confirmed.
  4. Create gigOr Create and notify when players are picked.

How to

  1. Click New gig on the dashboard, All gigs or the calendar.
  2. Type the gig name and pick the date.
  3. Choose the type and whether it's Checking availability or Confirmed.
  4. Venue: start typing the venue's name or address and pick it from Matching places. The address fills in, and drive times work from it.
  5. Open Times, Band and add-ons, Crew and Fee to add more.
  6. Click Create gig.

Tips

Tip

Got the enquiry by email? Fill from an email at the top fills the form in for you to check (see Fill a gig from an email).

Tip

The same address search is everywhere you type a place: your travel base, where you drive from, hotels, invoices and the client's plan.

Tip

"Checking availability" sends players an availability check first. Pick Confirmed when the contract's signed.
