Draft the run sheet

Turn the client's plan and the gig's times into a timed run of show: load in, soundcheck, dinner, speeches, first dance, sets and breaks. Guessed times are marked, and what's missing becomes questions for the client.

How to

  1. Open the gig's Schedule and click Draft it next to Add (or ... → Draft the run sheet on the day sheet).
  2. The times you know never move. Load in, soundcheck and the sets are worked out around them. Anything else is marked Guess.
  3. To ask the client lists what the plan doesn't say. Copy it into a message when you're ready: nothing is sent.
  4. Change any row, then Save to run of show (or Replace run of show).

No plan from the client yet? You still get the band's own times, and "ask for the plan".
