Chat with the band

One chat per booking between your client and the band. Simple, like texting, with photos and PDFs.

How to

  1. Turn it on in Settings → Features → Chat with clients.
  2. Your client taps Ask and your name at the bottom of their app.
  3. On your side it's the client thread in Messages and on the gig. Band chats stay separate.
  4. On your side, Send a link to their portal drops a button into the chat: their booking, the extras, confirm the location, the quote, Pay now, their plan, the day-of timeline or documents.
  5. Outside your reply hours they see a short note, like "Replies in the morning".
