Contracts

A contract is made from the price you confirmed. It lists exactly what was booked, only the clauses that apply, and your deposit and cancellation terms with real dates. Clients sign on their phone.

  3. Needs a contractBooked gigs without one.

How to

  1. When you confirm a booking, the contract is made from the template for that event type and sent.
  2. What's booked is an itemised table: package, lineup and who's on stage, each add-on, travel, tax, total, deposit and balance with dates.
  3. Clauses only appear for what they chose: ceremony, DJ, lighting and power, extra time, travel and hotel.
  4. When the client has signed, tap Countersign in the gig's Contract section. Money → Contracts → To countersign lists every one waiting.
  5. Once you countersign, the fully signed PDF is emailed to the client who signed and to anyone paying, with a link to their portal. Band leaders get a copy too. It goes once, and shows in the Email log as Signed contract.

Tip

Edit wording in Settings → Templates. A contract with blanks stays a draft and tells you what's missing.
