Travel pay

Out-of-town gig? The app works out each player's drive from home and their travel allowance at the official mileage rate, then adds it to their pay in one tap.

  1. Travel cardIn the gig's Travel section, and under Money.
  2. Each playerFrom their home: distance and drive time. Tap for the working.
  3. TotalEveryone driving, and the allowance for the gig.
  4. The rateThe official mileage rate for your country.

How to

  1. Set your home base and mileage rate once in Settings → Travel. Players add their home in their profile.
  2. Open a gig and tap Travel. The card lists everyone on the lineup.
  3. Tap a player to see how their allowance was worked out. Cars sets who rides with whom.
  4. Set pay first, then in the gig's Money section tap Add travel to pay. It adds each player's allowance to their fee.

No road distance yet? Type the km one way from home base and click Save. Players see their own row as Your travel.
