Draft a reply to an enquiry

A first reply in your band's voice, with your real prices and the booking link if you want it. You read it, make it yours and send it yourself.

How to

  1. Open an enquiry in Enquiries and click Draft a reply.
  2. Pick Warm or Brief, and switch Include prices on or off.
  3. Click Write a draft. Prices come from your own packages and prices, never made up.
  4. Change anything, then Send with booking link, Open in email or Copy. Write another tries again.

Tip

It's told whether the date is free before it writes, and it only quotes prices from your own price list. Check them anyway.
