Request to book

Everything before your confirmation is an estimate. The client sends a request, sees that you're checking it, and then accepts your final price.

  1. Check and sendNothing is booked or charged yet.
  2. The venueFrom the address search. Change it here.
  3. Send itRequest to book, Accept quote, or Request changes after edits.

How to

  1. Check and send lists everything they picked, each with Change. Notes go on Your details.
  2. They tap Request to book and confirm. If you sent a quote and they changed it, it reads Request changes.
  3. They see "Sent to" your band. You check it and confirm (see You confirm the booking).
  4. If you changed anything, they see each change and the new total, then tap Accept final price.

Tip

Tip

Editing a sent request takes it back to a draft, so you never confirm something they've since changed.
