Payment reminders and Nudge

Clients get a friendly email before each payment is due, and if it's late, with a Pay now button. It stops as soon as the money's in. Need it sooner? Nudge sends one now.

How to

  1. Switch on Remind clients to pay in Settings → Packages and prices → Deposit and balance. Emails go 6 and 2 days before the deposit and the balance are due, and again if they're late.
  2. On the gig's Money, the card shows what's due, the countdown and when the next reminder goes.
  3. Tap Nudge to send one now. The card says when the last one went.
  4. When you record the payment, reminders stop and the client gets a receipt with the tax on its own line.

The gig confirms when the deposit is in. The client's app says so too: "You're booked as soon as it's in."
