Set pay and rate proposals
Set everyone's fee in one dialog. When a player proposes a rate, it's flagged on their row and on your dashboard.

How to
- Open the gig's Money tab and click Set pay to change anyone's fee.
- For a flat rate, use Same for everyone and Apply, then Save pay.
- When you pay someone, Mark paid takes one tap for their usual method, or Other details.
- A rate proposal shows as "Name proposes $X" in Needs you. Tap Accept.
