Check the date, hold it, quote it

Every enquiry checks the date for you: other bookings that day and who's free. Hold the date while they decide, and see a fair price from your past gigs.

  1. Date checkOther gigs that day and which players are free.
  2. Hold the dateOthers who ask see it's held and can join the waitlist.
  3. Suggested quoteFrom similar gigs you've played.
  4. Send booking linkTheir own link to build the booking.

How to

  1. Open an enquiry from the board.
  2. Read Date check: other gigs that day, and how many players are free.
  3. Tap Hold for 7 days if they need time. You can extend it or let it go.
  4. Look at Suggested quote for a sense of the price, then send the booking link.

Change how long holds last in Settings → Packages and prices → Busy dates (1 to 30 days).
